Delivery options

Online: Browse our page, select the products you want and add them to your cart by clicking on “Add to Cart”. When you have finished shopping, click on your cart and see the products you have chosen to buy.

Charge information:  All the items you entered appear in this step. If something is missing or something has changed, you will be able to correct it.
Shipping address : In this step you enter the details of the shipping address of your order.
Payment:  In this step you choose the way you want to pay. The cash on delivery option has an extra charge of 3 euros. The transport price is proportional to the weight as governed by the operation of ELTA. If you choose to deposit into an account, we will notify you that your order will be sent after the deposit has been confirmed by us.

Time of delivery:
The time of delivery its 1-3 working days. Deliveries are not made on Saturday and Sunday

Attention: delivery times are counted from the day the order is delivered to the courier / shipping company.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The company ONOiamata is not responsible for any delays in the deliveries of the ordered products, which are not due to its fault or constitute force majeure, such as road problems, severe weather phenomena, strikes etc.

The return of the product is in the manner indicated by our company.
The customer can request a withdrawal within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order but must inform the eshop of the exercise of his / her right. If the product is healthy and the right of withdrawal has been declared, the customer can either make a new purchase of equal value or claim a refund. The money is refunded within 10 calendar days of the shipments return to the shop. In both cases, there is no refund for any shipping costs that may have been paid on the original order.
Incorrect order execution: If the wrong product is shipped, the product is returned and the customer can request either reimbursement or re-dispatch of the product. The product should be in good condition, in its packaging and without the special markings being removed. In case a product is not sent by mistake it will be refunded within 10 calendar days. Replacement costs in this case are burdened on us.
